(May 22, 2019, 2:02 am)This past weekend I went there to scope out their car audio section. They had a very large variety and well-organized. Was able to get an awesome deal on a discontinued pioneer deck. Their associates Baldev and Rob we're able to set me up with everything I needed to install it in my vehicle. The install went very smoothly because of the care put into making sure I had everything I needed. And the new stereo sounds awesome. I will definitely continue to be a customer of vision electronics whenever upgrading my vehicle sound system.

Thanu and Josh are amazing and were extremely helpful in making my shopping experience very pleasant and positive. They took the time to explain everything and in the end put together a package deal for me that I am very pleased with. The outlet has a wide array of audio/ video options to choose from backed by solid customer service. Strongly recommended!

Visions definitely has knowledgeable staff willing to help you. I keep coming back to their Whitby location because I know I will be taken good care of. Despite being very busy, the store's manager Rico always finds time to show me something new among latest and greatest gadgets. He will also go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. Why would you want to go somewhere else if these guys treat you like family?

Actually took the time to hear me out on what I needed and why, Josh then walked me through the TVs and told me why some would be better than others. Not once did I feel I was being sold to or and salesman pressure. Refreshing to be served like this!!

(April 27, 2019, 7:08 pm)They carry many items of various brands and qualities, so take a good look at what you're buying, and consider the price. For what you get, things seem decently priced, but that's dependant on quality.
Staff are eager to help, approaching and being friendly. Look for Andrew - he was very helpful and knowledgeable, suggesting a better item based on other customers' feedback.
