(July 21, 2022, 11:49 am)Had an accident on the way to cottage in Ottawa. Was in an accident on the 401 by Oshawa. Dropped my damaged truck at rental company. Headed to cottage. Called, and they took care of everything. Car was dropped at the shop of my choosing in Burlington right away. Total hands off by me as I had left. They handled a last minute surprise call like pros.

(June 22, 2022, 1:45 am)I was rear-ended today and Jay from Powell Recovery & Towing really went above and beyond to help me out. Having never been in an accident before it was certainly a learning curve. Jay thoroughly guided me through the process, drove my car and myself to the CRC, then to the shop, and was so kind he dropped me at home after. AND even helped set me up with a rental car!! Just incredible. I really can't say enough how much I appreciate what he did for me during a crazy time/experience. Feel very lucky that he was the driver to take on the tow. Durham is in great hands with Jay from Powell Recovery & Towing.

(March 31, 2022, 7:46 pm)I needed my car towed from Ajax to Scarborough to my mechanic’s shop. Sean came faster than I expected. He was very professional and super friendly. I asked him if he can call my mechanic before he gets there and to give my car key. He was very accommodating. It was a pleasurable experience considering the situation. I highly recommend Powell Towing.

He ensured I was okay and walked me through every step. He was transparent with my options and rights. I would recommend this company to anyone. Very trustworthy. Thanks Sean.
