(June 20, 2020, 8:50 pm)I've smoked since I was a teenager, I tried Matt out because I've seen his sign on Highway #2 for years! I figured if he's lasted this long, maybe there is something to this. I've now quit smoking for 6 months, I haven't thought about a cigarette, haven't had a craving even though I still have my morning coffee! Even when we go out for drinks etc. I wasn't sure that this would work but it has!
