I noticed cracking around the drywall that was over a structure beam and called Mohammad. He came to the house within hours and inspected the area. Within days he had a crew out fixing the issue and now my house is secure. I can't believe the builder did such shotty work. My structure beam was padded with plywood which had started to crack under the stress. Since working with GranDesign, we now feel secure in our home.

Mohammad was amazing to work with. He provided the drawings for the underpinning of our basement, including a walk out from the lower level to the outside. Mohammad was extremely thorough and responsive. He really took the time to talk to us, make recommendations as well as incorporate what we wanted. He was a real pleasure to work with and we hope to work with him again. Would highly recommend Mohammad and GranDesign to anyone.
