(March 21, 2019, 7:13 pm)I've been seeing Dr. Hong since 2016. Every time I go there, it is an absolute pleasure!! it is not very common for dental office visits. Dr. Hong is very thorough and finds the best for the patients. Her staff are always very helpful and so kind. Even though it takes more than an hour to get there, I'm staying with Dr. Hong!

(March 15, 2019, 12:27 am)I am not one to write reviews, however I do feel it’s necessary after reading Abby’s comments...I believe there is a general consensus that this is a wonderful dental office. The staff, specifically Rachel, is beyond friendly, helpful, and well informed! Dr. Hong is exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, courteous and never rushes an appointment. She takes the time to ensure that all your questions are addressed. We recently switched from a different dental office in the Durham region and we were just blown away at the outstanding customer service and professionalism of this establishment. We highly recommend Winchester Dental. :)
