The lighting was bright, the finishes were excellent, the team that came in to do the work for us were professional, they were on time, and as soon as they got here in the morning conducted themselves very well. BCR came in and were very professional about it. They showed us exactly what they were going to do, and it worked out that way. BCR came in and gave us exactly what we wanted. You were straightforward, Frank, and presented everything to us very matter-of-factly.
