If everybody had the same enthusiastic approach to their work as Brent, the world would certainly be a better place. Brent most definitely does the best job. There is no competition for a job done this well. He shows you every aspect of the process and make sure there is no chance of an imperfection creeping into the completed work. He even gave me a guided tour of his newly assembled truck (his own design after 34 years in the business). And its impressive.
Bottom line, just don't bother going anyplace else.
Brent did a great job. From beginning to end he shows you what he's doing including showing your tank empty at the end. I called and emailed around and Brent had the best prices. I'm in Musselman's Lake, Stouffville.. His prices are almost half of some other places. Some didn't even reply or call me back. Cheryl called me back quickly and had me all booked in a flash. She was very pleasant and accommodating. Brent was running late due to an unexpected issue at the job prior and called to let me know. Maybe the man in a prior review should have been patient, his house may one day need more time than normal. Patience is not simply the ability to wait - it's how we behave while we are waiting. If one doesn't like waiting, go pay double for someone else. Brent was very professional, pleasant and did a thorough job and guess what? My septic was never pumped before as the house is only a few years old and I did not know there was a pipe partially blocking one of the holes. Brent could have left and not did it, but he managed, it just took twice as long, lots of water and his next call would be even later. It was dark and he still came, so phew - it's done for a few years and I saved a bundle.
