We hemmed the bottom, opened up the sleeves and put in fabric that were too tight, put in a new zipper and made some other minor adjustments. The value for price doesn’t compare to anywhere else in Durham. I will definitely be using Sear alterations for any alterations in the future!! Thank you to the beautiful people at this place who made my wedding dress alteration experience have minimal stress! ❤️

(December 22, 2021, 6:32 pm)I had my prom in 3 days and had left getting my dress tailored to the last minute, but sear (the owner and tailor) was so nice and managed to get it done in time. He was so kind and funny and genuinely wanted the dress to look good for me. If you ever need to get something tailored, definitely go here!!

The turn around is outstanding, they are so fast but also never do they lack on workmanship. The family is lovely and kind. If you have any requirements for their service do not hesitate to go see them. I have had to use other tailors in the past before finding Sear Tailoring and have thrown out items of clothing that were never worn. We trust Sear with the most expensive clothing. Sear Tailoring is a wonderful family business!
