Working full time career doesn't allow me to play 40+ rounds of golf a year, the Oakridge Modern Membership fits perfect and I was able to make the decision late in the year with the money carrying over to next season. I have played three rounds in the last month and looking forward to a couple more to close out the season.
Top notch services, conditions, greens, layout, etc.
If you insist on hitting Driver every hole, this probably isn't the course for you. Play this course regularly and your short game and overall approach to golf will absolutely improve.
Overall might be closer to a 4 or 4.5 star, couple very small complaints around things like a larger practice facility - based on Value in the GTA and Durham region, absolutely 5STAR -

(August 21, 2020, 4:05 pm)This golf course is the very best in the Region of Durham. Kept in immaculate condition, it offers 18 holes of well groomed lands, trees and water.
Of particular mention are the well kept bathrooms on the course which is usually very hard to find.
The professional staff make this place. They all do, inside and outside workers, top to bottom. To them, thank you all for your kindness, smiles and professionalism. A tip of the hat!
My first year of membership and definitely my first love anywhere in the are.
