Had Brad and his crew excavate the entire house as we have had multiple and constant leaks in the foundation over the years. The crew was extremely competent and professional. They did little things above and beyond that impressed me. The cracks were sealed with hydraulic cement and the entire foundation was sealed with the spray sealant. Window wells were installed and the grading was enhanced to help direct water away. Its rained multiple rains since they finished and dry as a bone. The board they applied over the spray sealant provides some additional R value to the basement. The reduction in dampness was immediately noticeable.
A big thank you to the entire crew. I recommend them without reservation for basement waterproofing.

We have dealt with Brad Martyn for drive way work, grading jobs and snowplowing at our last house over 15 years ago and again now at our current home. He is always amazing to work with. He does really good work with very fair pricing and is also very honest and helpful when trying to trouble shoot issues we have had. Sometimes the issues are not even about the work we hired him for, but he always has great ideas and input. The workers he has on his team are equally as good and really pleasant to work with. We would never call anyone else. We would recommend his company to anyone.
They were very promptly and courteous to deal with. They drilled 30 post holes for me and every one was bang on location. Highly recommend
