  Wow I just finished my first session at the body talk centre a few weeks ago, and can't believe the results, I can lift more and control my sets better and thanks to the breathing training he showed me i'm lasting longer at the gym and run longer then I ever have before and not to mention the extra energy I have. I can't believe how well it worked by just fixing and adjusting small things I do and change some of the foods that I have been eating. plus this is only the first session. I'm definitely going back for another session.

  Kevin is a kind and caring person that genuinely wants to help with your health problems. His understanding of the subtleties of the human body allows him to treat the body as a whole system instead of its individual parts. I would definitely recommend the body talk centre for whoever is looking for a more modern and effective healthcare experience.

  Was completely blown away by Kevin. His knowledge was more than impressive. He was able to answer any and all of my questions, in great detail and explain everything he was doing so I could understand. I have had problems with my shoulder and concussions in the past, but this was the first thing that actually helped. I left with less pain, more range of motion/flexibility, and an increase in strength. Also, he was able to identify things wrong that I didn't even really notice. He was able to show me how these muscles weren't working properly and then fixed the problem. Finally, he emailed me a session summary and it entailed points from our session and what to do going forward. I would gladly recommend him to anyone searching for this service.

  Kevin was awesome explaining the different muscle groups that had shut off and explaining why that happened and how to turn them back on. I would recommend everyone to check it out at least once was an interesting experience.

  what an amazing experience! Kevin quickly and effortlessly identified my physical ailments that others had missed and showed me results in the first session! He showed me which foods had an adverse affect on my body, preventing me from full functionality and quickly demonstrated the difference. Just outstanding! I highly recommend this modality especially those looking for clarity on chronic pain issues and weight-loss.
