  Dealing with Simon and his father was a great experience. I did my research when my wife decided on a set and Simon was honest and straight to the point. It was a pleasure dealing with him and we even received the furniture earlier then anticipated which was a bonus in setting up the nursery on time. I paid extra for the delivery and set up of the crib. I think it's worth it. Hope this helps your decision.

  Recommended by a family member to check out The Baby's Room for quality items at great prices. Simon was very knowledgeable and personable during our purchase of the Babyletto Scoot Crib. Would return for future purchases & recommend to family/friends.

  Expecting our first child and was in the market for a stroller so came by and decided to check out a smaller store before I went off to a large chain store. Was not disappointed. Store has been quiet every time we went so we got the undivided attention from the owner. Very helpful and provided lots of info without making you feel overwhelmed or stupid when you ask questions. Prices are competitive and store seems to carry only high quality products. Bought our stroller and car seat, and then ended up going back for a crib as well. Would recommend to others and will come back.

  The Baby's Room was recommended to us by a family member. We had looked online at Babies R Us and other various specialty baby stores for nursery and baby necessities. The Baby's Room had a huge selection of high end brands and modern furniture. We ended up purchasing our crib, change table, glider, stroller and change mat at the Baby's Room the first time we visited. Be sure to deal with Simon. He is super knowledgeable, friendly, patient and will give you a very fair deal. I would, and I have since recommended Baby's Room to friends. The overall experience was great and the nursery is by far my most favourite room in the house!

  The Baby's Room was recommended to me by a family member. I wanted to purchase a stroller, bassinet and car seat combo and after doing much research I had decided on going with the UPPAbaby Vista/Mesa set. However, as it is a large purchase I wanted to ensure that I'd be satisfied with the product. From the very first visit, Peter the owner had been warm and welcoming and seemed quite knowledgeable. I had many questions and he was very patient with me and allowed me to test out the product in store. This was important as I needed something that was lightweight, easy to use and did not require additional purchases as the child grows down the road. He also explained the benefits of the materials used in constructing the product as well as the importance of its longevity. I returned to the store on two other occasions with follow-up questions and to make the final purchase and was given the same amazing treatment. I also spoke with Simon over the phone and when picking up my order once it had arrived. He also provided the same level of service. I have been using the product for about two weeks now and couldn't be happier. I do plan on returning to the store in the future. I should mention that I had previously visited five other baby stores in Durham region prior to my initial visit to The Baby's Room.
