The ladies at The Medical Supply Store (Shannon, Tracie, & today Brie) have been supremely helpful. I had some surgeries which left me with an ostomy and throughout I have gotten prompt, professional responses to some very awkward questions. I needed a particular product for post-surgery dressings called ‘packing gauze’. At first it looked like they might not have it. Then the manager (I assume) from the back office started looking and found exactly what I needed (their last container).
