Highly recommend! The professionals at The Centre for Healing and Peak Performance are top notch. I started with Sarah Palumbo’s EBRT expertise to help heal my anxiety and general peripheral neuropathy pain. This was successful for me. But more than that I quickly found a tribe of kind, results-oriented care-givers to help me succeed in other parts of my life as well. I am forever grateful to Alvin, Sarah, and the team there. Highly recommend.

My experience at the Centre for Healing and Peak Performance has been nothing but TOP-NOTCH. All of the staff are incredibly warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable in their crafts. I first came to the Centre for treatment of chronic tendonitis and joint damage in my right elbow, which has nearly 100% healed after 4 months of treatment due to the severity of the injury. I also ended up getting massage therapy work, and learned SO much about how my body works and how to take better care of it going forward (in terms of exercise, stretching, tension release of muscles, nutrition, etc.). Most importantly, I signed up with for the Self-Mastery one-on-one coaching with Alvin Brown, and this has been an extremely invaluable experience given how much I've learned in terms of realizing my potential and crushing through self-limiting beliefs. The Self-Mastery group every Tuesday night has also been an invaluable experience due to the wonderful wisdom shared by Alvin and the other group members. I don't mince my words about how I feel about something; you can trust this review in terms of the quality of treatment, professionalism, and customer service you'll receive at the Centre.

I have known Alvin for over a decade. He is extremely knowledgeable in what he does. When I first went to see him, nobody could give me relief in my shoulder. Alvin diagnosed me and had me on the path to recovery in no time.

Your experience starts with Amanda who is always happy and very friendly. And I see Joe at The Centre for RMT, and he is a great guy and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend The Centre!

I have a number of benefits through my work for physio, massage therapy, chiropractic, and osteopathy. Alvin Brown was highly recommended to me through a friend, and his centre lived up to the recommendation! He himself has a number of certifications, including massage therapy and osteopathy, but what I love about him is that he views his work as so much more than a job-he has found his purpose in life and we, his clients, reap the benefits.

I also receiving physio-therapy from Shannon. She is very personable and, most importantly, gets results.
