I've priced various common supplies when we were thinking of making the switch from different Electrical supplier and they were a few dollars cheaper on everything even though we had been dealing with the other place for like a decade. The employees are great, they try to make sure I have everything I need, even if I forget a component they are knowledgeable enough to check if I need that thing or not. They've never gotten an order wrong yet as of today.

Once I needed some products on Sunday morning and even though they are closed I called and he was more than willing to drive down to the store and help me out.
