His expert advice made my transition smooth and he explained everything that I had inquired about through and through. I received a phone call from the Branch Manager shortly there after and was welcomed kindly to the branch. After a few months banking with this location I am still 100% satisfied with the service of the staff. Recently I completed a survey detailing my positive experiences and I received a phone call from the Branch Manager again. He kindly thanked me for my ongoing business and is so grateful that I am giving them my business. On the other hand it needs to go the other way...I need to thank THIS TEAM!
