(October 21, 2021, 4:19 pm)Rick is a Lifesaver! I have an EXTREMELY slow hardrive which I haven't used in almost 2 years because I could no longer load the drive (that's how slow it is!). Over the past 2 years, I've shopped around and gotten quotes that it would be anywhere from $700-$1500 to fix, so I just kept putting it off and almost forgot about it.
Fast forward to last week when I needed the files for a special project I would be working on. Rick mentioned it was the slowest hardrive in his career that he'd ever experienced, but with extreme patience & professionalism, he was able to retrieve the files I needed in about 4 days (weekend included). He texted me with updates about the entire process daily.
The price for the job was a lot lower than the competitors. I would totally recommend Recovery Magic for a great experience! Thank you again, Rick! -
