Michael Nolan, Store Manager of the Pickering store gave our son, my fiancé and I the best, most convenient, enjoyable and easy experience ever.

My fiancé is particularly more of a homebody type of person and just wants to “get in and get out” when shopping (he’s not a fan of it at all) but Michael made shopping more relaxed for him. He also made things so much easier for me!

He was super friendly, made us all laugh and was so unbelievably helpful. He is also an expert at everything you need to know about suits. Give this man a raise!

Any time anyone needs a suit or just any type of formalwear I’ll be sending them to Moore’s in Pickering and telling them to ask for Michael Nolan.

Thanks to him, these men of mine are going to look fantastic on the day of our wedding.

I'm getting married this September, meaning I'm forced to shop for the necessary wedding items in the midst of the Covid-19 shutdowns. I was particularly worried that I'd have a hard time finding a suit in time because of all the stores being closed. Fortunately, this location just reopened and as we walked in, we were warmly greeted by a gentleman named Richard. Throughout our entire time there, he continued serving us every step of the way to find exactly what we were looking for. The way he helped us achieve the look we wanted while giving us professional advice every step of the way was the definition of exceptional customer service. He stuck to the budget and at no point did I feel pressured to pay more for any item over our budget (I've had a bit of a sour experience in the past this way in other stores). He was so helpful that within an hour I walked out of the store with the perfect suit for my wedding. If his ability to serve his customers is this good in the middle of a pandemic, I can't imagine how much better he must be under normal circumstances. If you come to this location, ask for Richard. You won't regret it.

Fabulous experience with Richard! First met him last October when my father was searching for a suit for a wedding. Richard went above and beyond to provide my father with suits to his liking while also giving him feedback on various colours, prints, and styles. Told my fiancé that we should go back to this location to get his suit from Richard for our wedding this September. He pulled out suits within our colour scheme, offered his best advice on complementary vest/ties/bowtie colours, informed us of ongoing promotions, and had such an upbeat attitude. We felt truly taken care of and will continue to do our business here again in the future. Would 100% recommend getting your suits here with Richard!
