Through her workshops and retreats she helps us feel radiant by getting more energy, reducing sugar cravings and getting out of old eating patterns. Her excellent strategy also improves stress management and brings more happiness into our lives!
For those who weren't able to participate, you missed an amazing event! Karen is a Holistic Nutritionist and Wellness Expert with powerful messages to anyone who is tired of 'starting again tomorrow' and whose health and wellness has been ‘bumped to the bottom of their to-do list’ once again.
