I chose him because I knew he had a good understanding of form & injury prevention, and that paired with Crystals massage therapy expertise might be able to alleviate my frequent migraines. Sure enough, they did! It took some experimenting but my migraine frequency and severity has reduced, I feel stronger than ever, and for the first time in my life I SEE a difference in my body from training just 2x a week!

He has come up with a personalized plan for me, which has been very effective as I have seen great results thus far. Jason’s expertise and unique workouts were just what I was looking for. (December 29, 2021, 2:29 am)Jason is a very knowledgeable person. He works with my problematic issues and gives me the proper program that works for me. He takes all precautions towards Covid. Great trainer for sure. I really enjoy doing my training with him. Crystal is a wonderful message therapist has given me great messages. Great atmosphere,very nice people all around.
