I couldn’t recommend the team at CarDoc more. As you can imagine, finding a reliable and trustworthy mechanic in this day and age can be extremely difficult, so I was very lucky that I happened upon this shop shortly after moving to Pickering 2.5 years ago.

After taking both of my cars for service over the years, I can say that I have never been ripped off, or worried that things would mysteriously start malfunctioning after a visit.

Rocky has gone above and beyond to fix our vehicles time and time again, as they have been plagued with some rather difficult to diagnose issues. Despite taking extra time to identify and resolve the issues, I was never charged unnecessarily, and was updated with progress throughout the process.

I will be bringing my cars here for as long as they will take them :)

I took my BMW to another shop downtown Toronto to find the source of a squeel coming from the engine. It was a belt tensioner caused by an oil leak from the oil filter housing gasket. I had the belt tensioner and belt replaced at that shop. They also noted oil leaking from my CCV. They quoted me $1400 to have both of those replaced. My friend recommended I take it to Car Doc as they did an engine swap for him. So I took my car to Car Doc and they inspected the problem areas to confirm that there was indeed an oil leak. He told me over the phone that the oil leak from the CCV was minimal and didnt need to be fixed right away and I could wait until it gets worse to fix that. But since the car was already there and I chose to get it fixed anyway.

Car Doc did the work to fix my oil leaks for less than HALF of what the other shop quoted. It was a bit of a hassle to drop off and pick up my car in pickering while I live in Toronto. But to save over $700 it was very much worth it. I will bring my car here for any major repairs. When I went to pick up my car he showed me the faults in all the parts he replaced. (Broken hoses and a dried out gasket)

Highly recommend Rocky and his team for fast service that wont break the bank.

As many car owners know, it can be challenging to find a trustworthy mechanic. Well I'm happy to say that I've found one. The team at Car Doc has gotten me out of a jam on a few occasions, quickly diagnosing the issue, explaining what needs to be done, and then promptly servicing my car. Best of all, their prices are very reasonable! I now rely on Car Doc for all my car maintenance needs and a lot of my close friends and family now go here as well.
