  I've been training in different martial arts for over 20 years, and this is the best gym I've trained at. Amazing facilities, expert instruction, friendly people, no egos. I train here with my three kids. Best in Durham, no question.

  Great place, friendly environment, great staff !! Definitely the best place to train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in Durham Region !!

  Great place to train!! Top notch instructors with a level of expertise and experience that you won't find anywhere else. Friendly atmosphere, modern and clean facility, great for families, high quality BJJ, team of champions, kids love it.

  I love training here! The instructors and staff are so friendly and insightful, the gym itself is always clean, there's lots of mat space, a great strength and conditioning area and a high quality boxing ring to top it all off. If you live in the area and are looking for a area to train at I would highly recommend you check this place out!
