He is very reliable, always gives you the best advice, as first time home buyers we have lots of good questions and silly once, and he answers and explains every question we have. You dont feel like you are talking to a realtor he treats you as a friend. He got us our dream home in just one showing. He helped us through entire process got us good mortgage deal, from looking for the property to mortgage to closing everything went so smoothly all because of sankalp. Thank you very much for getting us our dream home. We definitely recommend him to all our friends and family and anyone who is new and have lots of questions.
