I went in just to ask about the procedure and the helpful staff ended up finding a 3 year old purchase I made and replaced them for free... In less than 5 minutes! Excellent store and staff. And I'd suggest buying iron laces for any trades person. One pair lasted 3 years instead of my usual 3 weeks. And after the tips frayed they replaced for free

Staff is friendly. They have a large variety of various and many, many, many different types of safety shoes. More than you have probably ever seen in your life!
The selection of hard hats and safety vests is limited to the basics. -
