(April 6, 2021, 1:05 pm)Nice clean units with lots of space. The building is close to everything you need. The landlord, Catherine, was excellent and cares about the students in her building. She understood the difficulties of living away from home for the first time and was very responsive to any issues. Her level of compassion and understanding was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend Taylorwood Student Residences.

(March 24, 2021, 11:29 pm)I had a wonderful and safe experience at Taylorwood residency, it felt a lot like home, I had good roommates. Great housing for students with all the amenities included and everything so close and around.Very reasonable rent too. Peter was very accommodating and made sure he addressed any issues that I had.I felt very safe and I would definitely come back to live in this residency if I am in the area again.

(October 6, 2020, 5:39 pm)Thank you so much for everything. Jake really enjoyed his time at Taylorwood and the guys he shared the apartment with, he formed fast and long time friendships. It was a great place for him to be on his own for the first time.
I would highly recommend Taylorwood for anyone looking to be close to school but unable to afford (on campus) residence.
Again, I would like to thank you for allowing Jake to reside at 33 Taylorwood for the past 2 years, I know he will remember it forever -

(November 11, 2019, 10:17 pm)My son has been living at Taylorwood for almost 2 years now while studying at Durham College after he finished at York U. Location has been perfect for him. Apartments and bedrooms are nice size. We would recommend this place to any out of town student.
