I already had my iPad mini screen replaced by once before by another company and it cracked the second day after receiving it back, so now I had to replace it again and found Hi-Tech Communications. I called the store to asked the guy if he can do it while I wait for it to be fixed, he said “it’s not a good idea because the glue needs to dry and set, so it’s better to leave it for a couple of days or the screen can pop off and/or crack”! So then I remembered what happened to the iPad from the other repair shop a couple of years back and realized he’s telling the truth :-)! So I went straight there to get my iPad fixed because he seemed to be honest. I’ll pick it up tomorrow, but for now I give 5 stars for honesty and friendly service!

(January 27, 2019, 6:59 pm)I have been running around all day trying to get my phone fixed and charging again. The amazing worker was able to fix my phone in less then 5 minutes. The service was fast and professional and the worker did not even want payment for the job. I recommend Hi-tech communications to anyone that has any issues with there phone.
