I feel very safe because of their protocol routines. The workout I get at this gym is everything I ever wanted and I am so happy here! Thnx everyone from OT.

(October 9, 2019, 5:39 pm)Do NOT believe these recent 1 star reviews. The staff and coaches at OTF Oshawa are great! Always so positive and high energy, and ready to help you. I’ve been to many other locations in the area and have found the Oshawa location to be the best by far. The membership group is great as well, as everyone is very motivating for each other.
All of the workouts are able to be modified for people of all levels of fitness.
