(September 25, 2020, 8:13 pm)We were referred to John through a friend and he was super responsive and quick to pick up on exactly what we wanted (while not allowing us to get mired down in negotiations on properties that just didnt make sense).
We purchased our current home at less than asking due to John's understanding of the market and his reluctance to settle for the easy route. He and his team helped get our house ready and sold (for how much we needed) in less than a week. John has stayed in touch with us after we moved into the new home as well; this isn't a team that gets paid and then dissapears - its a relationship, one that I am very happy to have.

He showed a me a few different style homes and narrowed it down extremely quick. Very knowledgeable whether you are looking to flip or find something to build potential equity!
