(November 18, 2023, 10:20 pm)65 inch TV. Supposed to be brand new. Got it home unpacked it and it was scratched everywhere. There was dirt and lint in the TVs feet. It was not 4K despite it saying so on the box. It was only 1080. Had to repack it up and take it back. There was no other option for exchange only a more expensive TV. After all my trouble and gas and basically being lied to they would not even give me 10% off for my troubles. Do not trust them. You will be very unhappy when you get home.

(September 8, 2020, 11:31 pm)I really enjoy the Factory Direct stores. I have been shopping at their locations for years. Yes they have good deals on TVs and computer stuff , but there's always something different that they feature. This one had a great deal on outside patio umbrellas . Their stock changes so you do have to go back on a regular basis. Staff were friendly and helpful.

(June 26, 2020, 4:29 pm)I placed an online order for an AC unit and was hesitant. When I arrived to pick it up these guys had a great operation going. The staff communication was awesome to see, and the way they interacted with the customers myself included was welcoming and friendly. The AC unit works great and this experience changed my opinion about factory direct.
