Very patient, and took all the time I needed to answer questions. He also strived to understand exactly what I was looking for in my new home and to show me properties that matched my criteria. Also very quick to respond to any questions. I had an excellent experience working with Steve and I highly recommend him.

Anytime I contacted him he had an answer within minutes! I know he has other clients, but I always felt that I was the only one. The easiest way to prove how good he is: he will be selling my property when the time comes... and the next one after that. Can’t thank you enough Steve.

We were extremely stressed about finding a rental property that would fit our family, Steve assured us we would find a place and within 3 weeks we did. He was very fast on booking showings and was always available via text or phone calls. We have worked with realtors in the past but Steve goes above and beyond. We can’t wait to work with Steve again in the future to purchase our home.
