(February 21, 2019, 1:01 am)Very professional and a very useful service for people in chronic pain. If you think there's something magical about it and everything is going to go away that is not how it works. It's a way to manage your pain. It will not completely take it away. The staff are very nice and helpful, the doctors are fantastic. The office is clean and well-cared for. For a medical establishment it is very comfortable and once you are in the wait times are very minimal. Each appointment takes 10 to 20 minutes depending on how many needles you get or which doctor you get. You do need a doctor's referral to get in and there is a long waiting list to get in. Last year 2018 I waited 8 months.

(January 16, 2019, 6:58 pm)You guys are absolutely amazing, when visiting in-person. That said, your admins need to get better at picking up the phone and you need to get better at returning calls. There have been moments where it's been impossible to get through and then, I never get calls returned. Phone communications have value.
