Thought there might be scratches on the film called him back, I ended up having to call back and tell him that it was on the outside on my actual window and that it was from small rocks. Didn't have to go back and see him after all! But he was willing to bring me back in to make sure everything was all right if need be!

Initially, I had a minor problem and was not happy. However, Ali went above and beyond to rectify the situation. The point is not that I had a concern but how the company solved it. I was very impressed at how Ali handled my problem. Additionally, the attention to detail and quality of the work done on my car is second to none. I am extremely happy, and I highly recommend Ali and Oshawa Tint.
