Fluidscape landscaping

We just wrapped up our backyard project Fluidscape Landscaping and cannot believe the transformation of our space!

Our backyard was a mess and imaging what it could become was difficult and overwhelming… until we met Andrew. Our first meeting was so wonderfully productive, Andrew was able to quickly understand our goals (a relaxing beautiful low maintenance accessible space for family and health recovery), style (simple, modern) and budget.

Andrew created a design proposal that surpassed our expectations including touches we never had considered like in stone lighting and a putting green. He guided us on how we could include elements to warm up the space, add colour and made our Japanese maple a stand out feature with beautiful accent lighting.

Andrew always communicated with us. If there were product delays or weather had slowed down his schedule, we were always informed. We were told we would have a gorgeous yard by June and Andrew delivered. He showed up on time, had great team (the amazing Brandon), kept a clean & organized work site and most importantly executed what was promised and beyond. He kept us calm and focused on our goals making the experience truly enjoyable.

We had spoken to and were quoted by other companies in our area - big and small. We didn’t feel connected or understood by them. The empathy, support and enthusiasm exhibited by Andrew pushed this already meaningful project to the next level. He knows his stuff and is genuinely a great guy. We put our trust in Andrew and he delivered beyond our expectations.

We have more projects for Fluidscape and cannot wait to work with Andrew and his team again. We highly recommend Fluidscape landscaping!

Andrew and his team installed a stone patio in our backyard. We appreciated his guidance on the best approach and we're extremely happy with the outstanding work they did. We were so happy with the patio we had Fluidscape replace our fence and side gate. They did a great job, Andrew was quick to respond to any questions or clarifications - sometimes stopping in to speak in person to be sure we were happy. Let me preface my review by saying I’m extremely Type A - if I’m going to embark on a project, I need to know every detail, expected milestones, important dates and know there will be precision quality control. I have high expectations, as anyone investing in a large project should be.

We recently hired Fluidscape to tackle a HUGE project for us - both our front and back yards. The back was especially challenging given our waterfront property and high water table. Andrew was immediately up to the task; he drew up professional sketches, outlined exactly what the project would entail, gave us itemized quotes for each aspect of the project and actively encouraged us to participate in the planning process.

He was extremely communicative, always on time, professional and honestly just very kind and pleasant to be around and work with. He answered our questions in an informed and timely manner, he provided suggestions without being pushy, and he had really great ideas I’d have never considered (like putting lighting right into our interlock stone!). What we wound up with was beyond what I could have expected for our home. Having just recently moved in, we knew this house was going to be our forever home and as such, needed this backyard to suit our lifestyle accordingly. We can’t wait to spend our summers enjoying this beautiful space Andrew has created for us. I whole-heartedly recommend Fluidscape to anyone considering using their services. So many landscaping companies couldn’t even be bothered returning our phone calls - Andrew was eager and enthusiastic about this project from the first day we connected with him. We’re forever grateful to him and you won’t be disappointed should you decide to hire him. Thank you Andrew!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Andrew and his team. My front yard now looks beautiful. Andrew is very professional but at the same time very personable. He is always prompt at responding to tonnes of questions we have. As soon as we spoke to him to get a quote we knew we would go with him (although we did get quotes that were lower than his). On time, perfect workmanship and high quality work was what we got. Would highly recommend him for any landscaping work and will definitely use him in the future.

Andrew did an amazing job with our yard landscaping and side walkway. He kept us up to date in regards to when sod would be available since we got quoted during the winter time. Very informative and was quick to reply to any questions I had. Him and his team were very friendly and professional.
