(June 3, 2021, 3:50 pm)I stopped by a lot I sit in the parking lot if there's dogs in the cages outside and just look at the mall and say hi to them you feel sorry for them when they're all locked up like that but I've been inside too before and it's a nice place and they do look after the animals really well but you can stop by anytime once the Cove it's over to go in or you can do what I do and go see the dogs that are in the cages outside enjoying the fresh air

(January 18, 2021, 8:19 pm)We recently adopted a cat from OAS. She had to have her leg amputated due to an injury. She started out to be our Foster kitty, but quickly fell in love with her.
OAS staff was very supportive, helpful and caring in regards to Lumi’s needs. They did what was always best for Lumi’s recovery without hesitation. They were great to give daily updates, and always took the time to explain.
Thank you to each and everyone that had a role in Lumi’s recovery. Forever grateful ❤️
Highly recommend Oshawa Animal Service’s if you are looking to adopt.

(October 9, 2020, 4:15 am)I got my little fur baby (dog) from the Oshawa Shelter. They told me she was 4.5 - 6 yrs old. You have to remember that you have to have patience with these dogs as some haven't had a good life and it's sometimes difficult for them to adjust. With my little girl it took her a while to adjust but I can now tell you with lots of love and patience she became a different dog. Our Vet remarked that she was not the same dog that I had previously brought to him! She is the sweetest, most loving dog and by my side at all times. I can't imagine our life without her! The staff at this shelter love the animals they look after...it's obvious! I have taken her back a couple of times to visit the staff and they have been so excited to see her!! I would highly recommend adopting a pet from the Oshawa Animal Shelter! Remember patience and love and you'll be repaid 100% +.❤️
