(May 9, 2019, 7:21 pm)My experience with Crossfit Oshawa has been absolutely amazing. The staff and ownership is top notch, and really make you feel welcome and part of a family. I brought my son here as he trains Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, and I was looking for help in increasing his core strength and power. After discussing my vision with the owners Tanya and Kevin, we set an action plan in place and spent the next few months working on him. The results have been amazing, and my son's performance increase has been very noticeable. Strength and power increased substantially, and is reflected in his performance both in the dojo, and in tournaments. Dont hesitate to come here whether adult, or child! You wont be disappointed.

I enjoy feeling humbled every time I finish a WOD along with a sense of accomplishment and the sub-conscious mind frame of future improvement opportunities. Coaches and Athlete’s alike at CFO are more than happy to help, offer advice and collectively create an awesome environment of support and encouragement.

(September 5, 2013, 2:49 pm)Simply the best workout regime going. Think personal training meets Olympic lifting meets gymnastics meets mobility, flexibility, power, strength, speed, etc etc. The community of people are awesome, welcoming and passionate. Love this place.
