It was our first home and being very nervous about the whole process we are very happy Tim was our inspector. He's very professional and informative. Has a great welcoming personality, so smart and honest. He was able to answer questions promptly and help us understand things about the house that some people wouldn't think of til its too late and costly. Explained about how simple improvements can make life so much better. We highly recommend him to assist you in your future homes.
