The manager and staff were professional, helpful, accommodating and resourceful! Coming from another country to have our reception at this hall could have been very stressful but their communication with me and my family members was on point! We came in the evening of the 10th to set up and were able to stay as late as we needed to get things done (decor, rehearse). All staff was helpful and friendly. There was a mix-up with the chair covers, but management went above and beyond to fix the problem on their own time. Thanks for all your help in making A&J's special day such a great one!

(July 17, 2017, 4:36 pm)The staff were a total joke. They were never friendly. Very stiff and rude, made most of the guests feel as though they weren't interested in being there at all. This was a beautiful wedding on a perfect day, in a very nice place that employs terrible staff.
