(February 26, 2021, 2:04 am)I cannot express my delight to find that the staff at Durham Multi Storage Inc. are still employed by the new Management company. During Covid-19 and the lockdown, as well as the new transfer of ownership the staff were very accommodating and their customer service at the new head office with the existing staff is a fantastic combination. The new management company reply to emails and return calls, unlike the previous one. The staff on site are very helpful and follow-up as a team.
I look forward to a long relationship with them as I continue utilizing their site for my storage needs.
I Would recommend this site to anyone who is looking for a storage facility.
