It's rare to find a insurance brokerage where you feel you're actually cared for and given accurate information, Roughley is just that place! All the staff there are friendly, very client focused and I always have the feeling they are always looking out for me.
My only regret was not finding them sooner :-).

I have been treated very well with my broker agent in meeting my specific insurance needs at a reasonable cost for a number of years. They have been very good at giving me applicable discount rates based on property feature eligibility .

That created a lot of peace of mind for us in our particular situation. Agents that we worked with were very pleasant and very efficient in processing our claim.
