Sam has been amazing to work with, extremely helpful and professional. I wasn’t here me today for the install but my hubby was and he said the two guys installing were also fantastic. Our flooring looks great and we are thrilled with our experience right from the moment we walked into the store and met Sam!

(July 14, 2019, 4:59 pm)First: Purchasing our carpets was a very pleasant experience, especially with Michelle. She listened very carefully to what we, the customer, wanted in a carpet, unlike other flooring companies who presume they know what is best for the customer. That was very refreshing. Like buying carpet from your friend.
Second: The estimate visit to our home from Guy was very informative and very professional, with lots of explanation about how they would schedule and install the carpet. Again, he listened to the concerns of the customer. Like having a friend come over and give advice.
Third: Installation. Very neat, clean, polite, professional. It was a lot more work than we realized! The installers explained things where necessary. Once again, it was as if our best friends were installing our carpet!

(June 5, 2019, 12:16 pm)They were fantastic, very friendly experience. Once we picked our carpet it wasn’t long before an installation was booked. When they came they were very professional and friendly. They removed my hardwood floor and installed the carpet quickly, I was very surprised with how quick. The final product was beautiful. I’ll use them again in a heartbeat. I’ve used a big box stores before and Caret One was a far better experience for the same price.

(January 12, 2019, 1:39 pm)Decent prices and good customer service. I ordered a custom-cut area rug that I got bound. It's very soft and was really affordable for the large size I got. I just wish they had more selection of colours and patterns that weren't $4+ per square foot!
