They are most passionate and lead by commendable example. So impressed with their professional and motivational approach. Well done Shariq :D

devoted to his craft and to helping everyone do things PROPERLY. For those who are hesitant about CrossFit, most issues arise from being told to do things that you have not yet trained your body to do properly. You need a good foundation of technique, form and knowledge in order to build up to some of these advanced movements. Shariq builds that foundation as solid as can be. Awesome coach, wish he had another gym further east.
Don't hesitate to try it out here. You will not be disappointed. -
