I have had my computer repaired as well as my daughter's tablet recently and am more then happy with outcome. Jason was incredibly easy to work with and speak to. He is extremely efficient, having my devices fixed in no time and back in my hands at an exceedingly economical cost. I messaged him on a Saturday, he responded right away and on the Sunday he assessed my laptop and ordered the new battery needed. He kept me in the loop regarding when the new battery was going to arrive and he let me know pricing right away which was awesome. He is also very reasonably priced which is a huge plus!! When he was fixing my laptop he continuously kept me updated on how it was going and around when it should be done. Overall, I got my laptop back in less than a week and it was working absolutely amazing! He did an awesome job!!
