During the inspection, Evan was very professional, he checked every detail about the house and explained it to us very patiently afterwards. Evan is also very quick on responding to our phone call the day after the inspection and gave us some really good practical advice about the property. Overall we feel very comfortable about his service, and will definitely recommend King’s to my friends.

He is very thorough and detail focused but most important of all he is honest and didn’t sugar coat any of his findings. Evan also recognized the time constraint we were in so he had our full report ready within 24 hours. Very happy with our realtor’s recommendation and would use Evan again for our future projects -

He arrived on time, was professional and we never felt rushed. He was honest in his observations and was 100% objective about what he was seeing. I also really appreciated that not only did he allow us to book on incredibly short notice, but he also sent us the report that same evening because he knew we needed it quickly. We will most definitely use King’s home inspection again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.
