(July 2, 2021, 5:06 pm)A friend of mine had her AC unit break down and needed replacement parts. A Comfort Shoppe Employee just happened to be working on another residents home when I decided to approach him to ask some routine troubleshooting questions. Not only did the Employee Answer my questions but even provided me with some tips on what the issue was and how to fix it myself. I was able to save my friend a lot of money and I truly appreciate the helpfulness he provided. Her AC is running smoothly now and I can 100% guarantee if there is a future issue with my AC or any of my friends that I will be recommending The Comfort Shoppe. A Good Samaritan if I have ever met one. Thank you.
