  Very nice place and cozy, friendly staff! Small tip though to the management, sometimes the towels do smell of chlorine because of the pool probably so you might wanna do something about it. Regards!

  Staff was very accommodating. The room was nice and clean and the beds are super comfy. Everything was great but keep your expectations pretty low for breakfast. Its not great.

  Booked a room. With king bed, fireplace and jacuzzi for romantic weekend. Room in middle of hall near elevators and ice machine so constant traffic. Unsupervised children running and yelling in the halls. Room clean and spacious but sparsely furnished with only 1 chair so we could not sit together and no table. Also disappointed there was no coffee service in lobby.

  Nice, clean, pricing is not too excessive. Pet friendly but there is a maximum of two pets and a $20 per pet, extra fee. Breakfast is wonderful. Pool is great. They give very little coffee or tea in room and no hot drinks are served aside from breakfast. There was enough shampoo and other toiletries for 1. No way for front desk attendants to get any toiletries or coffee/tea/sugar etc, once housekeeping is finished for the day. If you enjoy coffee, bring Keurig coffee with you and some creamers and sugars or ask for extra before the housekeepers leave. I would stay again but the prices could be better, especially when being charged pet fees. Easily accessible from 401.
