  My mother took her Equinox in for a noise that she was worried about. They told her that it was two different problems, and that if she called the GM dealer, that there may be recall coverage. They called the dealership for her, explained the problem, and sent her in to talk to someone. Dealership looked after all of it without charging her. Saved her a whole bunch of money.

  Brought my car in for brakes that the dealership told me needed to be replaced. The guys here told me that they were getting low, but that I could wait until spring to replace them. Thankful for such honesty, especially when Im still paying off Christmas.

  Had the starter on my f150 fail while on vacation visiting family in Bowmanville. Bought the starter at Carquest. Asked if they knew anyone that could install it. They recommended Henderson's. Such a friendly place. I couldn't be happier with the service. Steve fixed things I didn't even know needed fixing and didn't charge me for them. Very fair price for work done and very friendly people. Definitely 5 stars.

  It seems to be getting harder to find automotive shops that are friendly and reliable. However this is not the case with Henderson Automotive. I called to make an appointment to have my winter tires put on. Not only did my vehicle go in on time, I was greeted with a smile and was given excellent customer service by Christine. My vehicle was done on time, with no issues and I was on my way. I was very happy to see that customer service is still alive and kicking and I will definitely be making Henderson Automotive my go to place from now on. Thanks Christine and team for a great job.
