Dr. Fuller is a great doctor. He has been my family doctor for over 25 years. He doesn't make you feel rushed and actually listens to what you have to say. He is always very thorough, pleasant and professional. If I was admitted to Bowmanville hospital he always saw you. It's just hard to get to see him since he started teaching from his office and became head of ER in Oshawa.
Dr Fuller is a knowledgeable Dr. I do however have an issue with the secretary. When i call the office in business hours I am unable to get through. When i have visited the office i have noticed the secretary does not answer the phone if she is assisting someone or working on something else. I personally think proper etiquette is picking up the phone and saying 'please hold' and then resuming work or helping the client. I have worked in businesses for years and have never once received this kind of service. I dont mean to be rude, just honest.
