She is very knowledgeable and took time explaining how my cpap works and choosing the right accessories to go with it. I never felt any pressure to purchase additional products.

I was impressed from the start with Sharon's professionalism, passion for helping, her product knowledge and white glove service. I appreciate the prompt service and follow ups. I have visited her store for enquiries and product purchases. I'm so happy with having a local store for my CPAP needs. (August 1, 2022, 11:45 am)Wow! Amazing experience! A friend suggested I visit Sharon to replace my mask and hose. Sharon was fantastic! So knowledgeable and friendly. She explained the data from my machine, helped me to choose a new mask (nose piece), hose and hose cleaner. Sharon also showed me how to properly clean all the pieces of my machine, the hose and the mask. I highly recommend Breathe Well to anyone using a CPAP machine!

From the first call with Sharon, I am pleased with her knowledge of the product and her warm-hearted attitude. Even though she is not the closest CPAP supplier to me, I decided to visit her shop and order the CPAP machine from her. She spent an amount of time explaining the test result and step-by-step on the CPAP machine and its daily operation and routine cleaning. I am very happy with Sharon's service. Definitely, she is the one I will recommend to anyone I know.

(January 31, 2022, 1:19 am)I was recommended by a friend to check out a new CPAP supply store in Bowmanville. I called and made an appointment with Sharon. I live in Whitby and was pleasantly surprised how it easy it was to get there. It's one minute from the Liberty Street Exit off the 401. Sharon was so knowledgeable and personable. I didn't feel I was be "upsold/pressured" on any CPAP products, as has been my experience at other CPAP stores. Sharon explained what was best for my situation (and my limited coverage) and I left feeling confident about my purchases. I will definitely be returning when the time comes for futures products.
