Seen some comments about not needing a broker, or going for the lowest rate. This could jot be further from the truth; anyone making a claim will be doing it under distress. You need someone to guide you through the process. -

Not only have I changed my car insurance over to them because they offered the best rate, but I've also added my home insurance and life insurance policies. I have had many of my own customer's change their auto coverage as well. They are quick at handling claims (I've had a couple) and go the extra mile for you.
