We are VERY happy with their work. We had our kitchen completely gutted (including taking a wall down) and re-done and David Barkey was definitely the right guy for our job. He worked with David Hanson of Northern Homestead Kitchens (who did all of the cabinets) and together we got our dream kitchen. I was confident enough to leave David there with his crew and they did the painting of the walls, staining of the fireplace mantel, ripped out the old kitchen terra cotta tiles (a very messy job) and put in new tiles, all the plumbing and electrical, new insulation for most of the walls, cut out a new picture window in the stone exterior (I was worried, I thought we should get a window guy but my husband thought it would be better to just let them do it so it would all be well coordinated and their job was excellent). They also installed all the appliances. Because that went so well, they also painted 3 other rooms, layed new hardwood floor in the great room and stained the stairs and railings going to the bedrooms as well as installing a new toilet and wall cabinet. Oh, and they hung 2 large chandeliers and 2 fans in the peak of our cathedral ceiling. The list actually goes on. We are looking forward to having them finish another bathroom and our basement in the near future. I highly recommend them!!!
